I want to be able to select a color and use it a split second later without having to validate, I really never use the eraser, rather I switch back and forth between the colors I'm working with.
PIXEN PNG ANIMATION HOW TO
I would use gimp if I could figure out how to turn off that annoying feature that makes you verify the color you selected with the eye dropper. PS: if anyone know how to get animator to work in 640xfoureighty, then please help a cracker out!Īlso all you DOSheads from back in the day, there is a reason for you to build a PC just to install dos: OZONE GUI If anyone is interested in these programs, and CAN'T FIND THEM ON THE WEB, (not being a snob, but if you want something you should work for it at least a little, they're not THAT hard to find). If you look around the web you can find them, it took me a faily deep search, but not as deep a search as it took to find 3d Studio r4, though. but trust me, the advantages far outweigh the one con that i could find. the only drawback for me is that animator seems limited to 320x320, which is a bummer if you are doing gfx for the web, as ppl will be most likely looking at them at 1024x768, so you don't get a good "preview". it's not just the features that makes these programs cool, it's in the way that it does it. what makes them so cool is that they are built around the 256 collar pallete. these two should have all the tools you need, and then some. deluxe paint II was ported to dos, and deluxe paint animator was made for dos. i have heard about it for a long time, but thought it was only for amiga so i never tried to get it.
